Thundercat Inflatables is our manufacture and repair facility. Our builder Rob is a salmarer / boat builder by trade and is not only a professional but a perfectionist in his field. The Arancia 377 which Rob and his team of Roy & Doug Manufacturing built, is without doubt the pinnacle of surf rescue craft. Every item has been created with infinite detail and built with meticulous precision and consistency. Put simply, built without compromise.

All craft manufactured at Thundercat Inflatables are done in humidity controlled rooms ensuring consistent adhesion temperatures and air moisture content. There is no job too large or too small, if it can fit in the door, it can be repaired, rebuilt, or fully reconditioned. Thundercat Inflatables can build a boat to any individual needs just ask Rob for his expert advice, its that easy.

With the risk management strategies being implemented by Surf Lifesaving Australia to reduce injury to drivers, Thundercat Inflatables has designed from the ground up a 3.79 meter Catamaran Hull round-nose concept surf rescue inflatable. Designed to be used with low horsepower with a prop guard and emphasis being placed on crew safety and comfort, this craft will set a new standard in surf-rescue
operations.
